At this critical time, TRI continues to remain fully operational and accessible to you, our clients.
Undoubtedly, the COVID-19 virus has brought a wave of uncertainty and ambiguity to our industry, our businesses and our world. But please be assured – we are at your side as we get through this extraordinary situation. TRI is not experiencing any COVID-19 related delays or disruptions. Indeed, our testing and service facilities around the world are continuing to operate on normal schedules with robust activity.
To ensure business continuity for our clients, we have contingency plans in place to provide you with reliable and on-going support. This means that the highest level of service you have come to expect from us will continue uninterrupted, and unaltered.
We will continue to follow the guidelines determined by federal and local governments, the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This includes implementing a no-travel policy for all non-essential travel such as conferences, short-courses, seminars, etc. We are limiting all facilities to employee personnel only at this time. We are prioritizing proper sanitation techniques and maintaining appropriate social distancing during all laboratory work. TRI has also placed personal hygiene and equipment wipes throughout our facilities for ready use throughout each day. Finally, we are augmenting IT capabilities to enable some administrative functions to be conducted virtually.
